This policy applies to all services provided by LNS and covers the end-to-end fulfillment process from initial order through service delivery and completion.

2. Service Fulfillment Process

  • Order Confirmation
    Upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement, LNS will confirm the details of the service order within 3 business days. This confirmation will include key deliverables, timelines, and client responsibilities.

  • Service Delivery
    We are committed to delivering services in accordance with the schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that may impact the timeline, we will inform the client as soon as possible and work to mitigate delays.

  • Quality Assurance
    Quality is central to our services. Each project is reviewed to ensure it meets the quality standards outlined in the Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and efficient service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary information, materials, or access as outlined in the Service Agreement.
  • Communicate promptly with any questions or updates to avoid disruptions.
  • Meet any specified client-side deadlines to facilitate smooth project progression.

4. Client Satisfaction and Feedback
We value client feedback and will conduct a satisfaction survey upon project completion. Feedback will be used to enhance our services and ensure we continue meeting our clients’ expectations.

5. Limitations
This policy does not cover delays caused by factors beyond LNS's control, such as client delays or external dependencies. In such cases, LNS will work with the client to adjust timelines as needed.

6. Amendments to Policy
LNS reserves the right to amend this policy in response to evolving industry standards and best practices. Clients will be informed of significant changes that may affect their service experience.
