He has solid experience in building an organisation and has developed it to a level of the best in the industry that consistently delivered income growth and registered a strong income/sales ratio in the region. Several of the talents he has groomed over the years have moved on to manage regional franchises, support other countries in their development and leading many MNCs in Commercial and Medical areas.
He has also developed a strong medical and clinical support team, which resulted in introducing clinical trials and medical excellence in the region. Under Ewe’s leadership, he has successfully submitted solid operation excellence initiatives and achieved functional excellence through good governance and consecutively exceeding expectations in external and corporate audits.
He worked in the Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia (PhAMA) as President and subsequently as Executive Director. His works include development of Position Papers and engagement with stakeholders’ areas of Policy Shaping, Market Access, Pricing, GST, IP, Biosimilars, Clinical Research and promoting Industry Career Development.
He is a seasoned Board of Director for Clinical Research Malaysia, MOH and a Director of a Healthcare Organization. He has vast experience as a senior consultant and as a certified HRDF Trainer successfully delivered our signature programs like I.M.P.AC.T. Marketing, Key Account Management, and I.M.P.A.C.T. Coaching.
