Refund Policy

In the Event of Participant Cancellation

  • Upon the confirmed registration for the program, it is a commitment that you will attend the program.
  • In the event of a confirmed registered participant's cancellation, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation date:
    • Cancellation more than 14 days before the commencement date of the program: Full refund.
    • Cancellation 7-14 days before the commencement date of the program: 50% refund of the course fee.
    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the commencement date of the program: No refund will be provided.
  • Participants requesting a cancellation must submit a written request to LNS via email at programinquiry@lnsintegration.com.
    • Kindly include your full name, contact information, and the course details in your cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used during registration.
  • No cancellation is allowed for confirmed registrations that have been transferred.

In the Event of Program Cancellation

  • LNS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • LNS also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements (e.g. speaker, venue) without prior notice should we deem it necessary.
  • In the event of cancellation of the program, any payment made will be transferred to the next re-scheduled program or refunded in full.

LNS reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of this notice at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website www.LNSinternational.com
